AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 299850 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 2,99,850 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 01, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,52,59,526 (238,76,29,763 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,58,59,226 (238,79,29,613 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.550.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 546.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1215554 in over 9517 trades.
