Kew Industries allots 650000 shares at Rs.40

Kew Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 6,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, at a premium of Rs 30/- per share, of the Company to the following persons on preferential basis:

1. Lotus Global Investments Ltd : 1,25,000 No of Shares

2. Charndeep Singh Kataria : 25,000 No of Shares

3. Lalit Modi : 5,00,000 No of Shares

The Stock was trading at Rs.29.05, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.30 and low of Rs.28.70. The total traded quantity was 17053 compared to 2 week average of 24005.
