Ess Dee Aluminium allots 14,10,000 shares to Morgan Stanley

Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2007, has allotted 14,10,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 565/- per share determined as per Guidelines for Preferential Issues under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure & Investors Protection) Guidelines, 2000, to following entities:

1. Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund: 7,75,000 No of Shares allotted.

2. Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund A/c Morgan Stanley Growth Fund: 6,35,000 No of Shares allotted.

The Stock was trading at Rs.495.05, up by Rs.0.50 or 0.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.507 and low of Rs.495. The total traded quantity was 1893 compared to 2 week average of 24052.
