OK Play not to issue securities further

OK Play India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2007, has considered and elaborately discussed the agenda of the meeting and has taken the following decisions.

The Board has decided not to make any further issue, either by way of bond issue or by equity shares / preference shares or any other securities etc. at this stage. Rather the Company will concentrate on the overall improvement of the business with its existing capabilities and assets.

The Board has further decided to re-visit the issue in the near future.

The Stock was trading at Rs.110, up by Rs.2.15 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.114 and low of Rs.108.75. The total traded quantity was 2445 compared to 2 week average of 20514.
