Lok Housing to convert 241600 warrants into shares

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that Te-deum Finance & investment Pvt Ltd has exercised its option to convert their 2,41,600 Warrants into Equity Shares.

The Allotment Committee of the Company have allotted 2,41,600 Equity Shares to the Warrant Holder on September 11, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.153.70, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.159.65 and low of Rs.152. The total traded quantity was 364189 compared to 2 week average of 220786.
