Marg Constructions to allot 2,00,000 shares to Bennett, Coleman & Co

Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, has decided to offer, issue and allot 2,00,000 equity shares to Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.161.50, up by Rs.3.60 or 2.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.163 and low of Rs.155.05. The total traded quantity was 6949 compared to 2 week average of 15391.
