Cambridge Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2007 has allotted 6158986 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 207/- per share.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from 10,51,36,398 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 105,13,63,980/- to 11,12,95,384 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 111,29,53,840/-.
