Murli Industries allots 1,17,106 shares on conversion of FCCB

Murli Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2007, has transacted the following:

1. The board considered and allotted 1,17,106 equity shares to the FCCB holder against the application for the conversion of the same.

2. The board considered and discussed on the present status of the proposed upcoming Cement Projects in the states of Karnataka & Rajasthan and took note of draft TEF report presented by the committee formed in this regard.

The stock closed the day at Rs.790, up by Rs.9.45 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.799.50 and low of Rs.778. The total traded quantity was 972 compared to 2 week average of 1193.
