Oriental Bank of Commerce to raises Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds Issue for inclusion in Tier II Capital

Oriental Bank of Commerce intends to raise Tier II Capital through Private Placement of Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds of Rs. 10,00,000/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of upto Rs. 500 crore.

Shares of ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE was last trading in BSE at Rs.89.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 267393 in over 2036 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 89.5 and intraday low of 87.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23644098.
