Granules India Ltd allots 280000 equity shares

The Share Transfer and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Granules India Ltd at their meeting dated June 09, 2016 have approved to allot 2,80,000 equity shares in consequent to exercise of options under ESOP 2009.
