HDFC allots 229000 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on May 24, 2016 allotted 2,29,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,08,12,190 consisting of 158,04,06,095 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1257.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1227.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 185414 in over 7335 trades.
