Gratex Industries to offer shares on preferential basis

Gratex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2007, has passed the resolution to offer / issue & allot 9,65,200 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, at par, in accordance with the relevant SEBI Guidelines, to the Promoters of the Company on a preferential basis.
