Lahoti Overseas to issue 42,50,000 shares

Lahoti Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2007, has taken the decision to issue of 42,50,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at the price as prescribed under the Guidelines for Preferential Issue contained in Chapter XIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 subject to the approvals of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2007.
