Gati issues shares on conversion of warrants

Gati Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2007, has allotted, the following Equity Shares on conversion of Warrants as per the terms approved by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meting of the Company held on February 25, 2006.

1. 1571185 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at the rate of Rs 84.61 per Share to The Infrastructure Fund of India LLC ; and

2. 1515000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at the rate of Rs 84.61 per Share to Mahendra Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd.
