Pioneer Investcorp allots 33,00,000 warrants

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2007, has allotted 33,00,000 Warrants (convertible into one Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each) to Mr. Gaurang Gandhi, Promoter and Director of the Company at a price of Rs 115/- per Warrant (including a premium of Rs 105/- per Warrant).
