TVS Electronics Ltd allots 60000 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme 2011

Subsequent to the 'In-Principle' approvals obtained from the Stock Exchanges, 60,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted on May 18, 2016 to Mr. K E Ranganathan, Managing Director of TVS Electronics Ltd, under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2011, upon exercise of options granted to him.
