Eveready Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 06, 2007, to consider the proposal for the issue of equity shares and / or convertible warrants on private placement basis to promoter group and others in order to raise funds for the Company's business requirements.
