Royale Manor to issue 8,00,000 warrants

Royale Manor Hotels & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, has approved the issue of 8,00,000 Warrants of Rs 20/- each in preferential basis to Promoters and Associates in accordance with the SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 and other applicable guidelines.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Jayesh Dave, Practising Chartered Accountant as an Additional and Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 29, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.40, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.95 and low of Rs.19.15. The total traded quantity was 22408 compared to 2 week average of 31388.
