Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 1,01,300 (One Lakh One Thousand and Three Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on May 12, 2016 under the JESOP III, YBL ESOP & YBL JESOP V/ PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,82,29,910 consisting of 42,08,22,991 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,20,92,42,910 consisting of 42,09,24,291 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
