Cubex Tubings withdraws preferential issue

Cubex Tubings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. Withdrawal of the proposed preferential allotment as proposed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 11, 2007.

2. Withdrawal of the proposed allotment of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and / or Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and / or American Depository Receipts (ADRs) as proposed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 11, 2007.
