Rajeswari Foundations to offer warrants to promoters

Rajeswari Foundations Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2007, has decided to offer and issue convertible warrants to the Promoters under Preferential basis at a price to be decided as per the SEBI guidelines.
