Prudential Pharmaceuticals Board to consider conversion of warrants

Prudential Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 04, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Issue of 50,00,000 Equity Warrants to be converted to Equity shares on preferential basis to select group of persons.
