Nilachal Refractories promoters bring in Rs.4.5 Crores as per BIFR order

Nilachal Refractories Ltd has announced that pursuant to Hon'ble BIFR Order dated December 06, 2005, the new Promoters have brought in Rs 4,50,00,000/- towards fresh equity for implementation of the Revival Scheme sanctioned by BIFR. Accordingly 45,00,000 Nos. of equity shares have been allotted to the new promoters.
