Lok Housing allots Equity Shares on conversion of warrants

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that Marigold Investrade Pvt Ltd has exercised its Option to convert their 11,00,000 Warrants into Equity Shares.

The Allotment Committee of the Company have allotted 11,00,000 Equity Shares to the Warrant Holder on August 27, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.140.15, down by Rs.0.70 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.142.50 and low of Rs.137.25. The total traded quantity was 40074 compared to 2 week average of 77930.
