Goldstone Technologies to issue shares on preferential basis

Goldstone Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Issue of Further Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to the Promoters of M/s. Stay Top Systems Inc.

2. The Board deferred the Allotment of 2 Crore share warrants, pending the statutory approvals.
