Amtek India allots 767,808 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Amtek India Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2007 has allotted 767,808 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 2.1 million.
