Cranes Software allots shares to InventX Inc at Rs.110 per share

Cranes Software International Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2006 has approved the allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 108/- per share on preferential basis to InventX Inc., USA.
