AXIS Bank Ltd allots 593600 equity shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 5,93,600 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on April 05, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,56,63,652 (238,28,31,826 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,68,50,852 (238,34,25,426 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
