DCB Bank Ltd allots 866 NCDs

The Board of Directors of DCB Bank Ltd, by a resolution passed in the meeting held on April 02, 2016, has issued and allotted 866 Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Unsecured, Basel III Compliant Tier 2 Bonds, for Inclusion in Tier 2 Capital of the Bank in the nature of debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) each ("Bonds") at par aggregating to Rs. 86.60 crore (Rupees Eighty Six Crore and Sixty Lakh only) in dematerialized form to the identified investor(s) on Private Placement basis with interest @ 10.25% per annum for a period of 121 months from March 31, 2016 (the Deemed Date of Allotment).

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.80.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 121246 in over 1333 trades.
