Oriental Bank of Commerce allots 21548758 Shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India

Oriental Bank of Commerce has allotted 2,15,48,758 equity shares at an issue price (including premium) of Rs. 82.79 (Rupees Eighty two and seventy nine paise only) per equity share, as determined in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations aggregating upto Rs. 178,40,21,674.82 (Rupees One hundred seventy eight crore forty lakhs twenty one thousand six hundred seventy four and paise eighty two only) to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on preferential basis on March 30, 2016.

Shares of ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE was last trading in BSE at Rs.91.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 89.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 587790 in over 2696 trades.
