ICICI HOME FINANCE COMPANY Ltd approves allotment of 3520 debentures

The Committee of Directors of ICICI HOME FINANCE COMPANY Ltd in its meeting held on March 23, 2016 approved allotment of 3520 no. of Unsecured Redeemable Senior Bonds in the nature of Debentures of face value of Rs. 5,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 1.76 billion on private placement basis issued under multiple options.
