Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 120318 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on March 22, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 120318 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

13,320 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000, 1,950 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 49,672 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

7,500 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2014, 13,202 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 24,674 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.484.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 490.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 102457 in over 2348 trades.
