Yash Papers Ltd to consider issue of 7540000 warrants

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Yash Papers Ltd will be held on March 28, 2016, to consider the issue and allotment of 75,40,000 equity warrants on preferential basis and conversion of the same into equity shares to Mr. Ved Krishna, Managing Director and Promoter of the Company subject to in-principal approval of Stock Exchange.

The Board will also consider the appointment of Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of the Company.
