The interest for 200 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each aggregating to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores) at the rate of 13.50% p.a. amounting to Rs. 2,70,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Seventy Lakhs Only) was paid by MAS Financial Services Ltd on March 18, 2016.
