Prakash Constrowell Ltd to consider preferential issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Prakash Constrowell Ltd will be held on March 28, 2016, to consider the issue of equity shares / warrants / convertible securities on Preferential basis to Promoter group, associates and non-promoters and to consider other allied activities for carrying out such allotment subject to approval of members and compliance of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2009.

The Board will discuss current business development and future business plans.

In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from March 22, 2016 to March 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).The communication has been sent to Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
