AXIS Bank Ltd allots 370865 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 3,70,865 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on March 14, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,34,06,542 (238,17,03,271 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,41,48,272 (238,20,74,136 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.415.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 412.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 462683 in over 7068 trades.
