Cera Sanitaryware allots 110000 shares

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that the Company has received application from the promoters for allotment of 1,10,000 equity shares against 6,00,000 warrants issued to the promoters group.

The Company propose to allot 1,10,000 equity shares to the promoters in view of the above.
