Gokak Textiles Ltd updates on NCRPS issue

The Board of Directors of Gokak Textiles Ltd at its meeting held on March 11, 2016 have recorded that the offer / invitation for subscription be made to Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited, promoter of the Company. It was decided not to seek listing of the NCRPS.
