AXIS Bank Ltd allots 450250 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 4,50,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on March 08, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up shore capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,25,06,042 (238,12,53,021 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,34,06,542 (238,17,03,271 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.411.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 415.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 829590 in over 10980 trades.
