Strides Shasun Ltd allots 75000 Equity Shares to Employees on exercise of ESOPs

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Strides Shasun Ltd in their meeting held on March 7, 2016 has allotted 75,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs.10/- each under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2011 Scheme of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 892,709,780/- consisting of 89,270,978 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 893,459,780 consisting of 89,345,978 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of STRIDES ARCOLAB LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1033.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1033.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88054 in over 5357 trades.
