SKS Microfinance Ltd allots 54000 equity Shares under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans

On February 25, 2016, SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 54,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans The said shares shall rank pan passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
