Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 105050 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 1,05,050 (One Lakh Five Thousand and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on February 24, 2016 under the JESOP V & PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,23,66,110 consisting of 42,02,36,611 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,20,34,16,610 consisting of 42,03,41,661 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.671.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 689.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 454465 in over 9556 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 694.3 and intraday low of 668.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 308701928.
