Eros International Media Ltd grants 966009 Stock Options to the employees

The Board of Directors of Eros International Media Ltd, based on the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting held on February 09, 2016, have approved the grant of 9,66,009 stock options at Rs. 10 each to the qualifying employees of the Company, in accordance with the ESOS Scheme of the Company and applicable SEBI Guidelines.
