Richa Knits Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 16, 2007 for considering issue of warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis and issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds / GDRs / ADRs subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming annual general meeting.
