Rishi Techtex Ltd allots 8.69 lacs warrants

The Board of Directors of Rishi Techtex Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, has approved the allotment of 8.69 Lacs warrants to the allotttes including Mr. Abhishek Patel : 560000 Warrants, Mrs. Smita Patel : 200000 Warrants and Ms. Aakanksha Patel : 109000 Warrants.

All the Allottes belong to the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company.
