AXIS Bank Ltd allots 102860 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,02,860 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 29, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,95,03,772 (237,97,51,886 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,97,09,492 (237,98,54,746 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
