Uflex allots 20,00,000 equity shares upon conversion of warrants

Uflex Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at their its held on August 08, 2007 has allotted 20,00,000 Equity Shares upon conversion of equivalent number of Warrants to Montage Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
