Capital First Ltd approves allotment of NCDs worth Rs. 210 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on January 22, 2016, approved the allotment of Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Transferable, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs").

The company has raised Rs. 210,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Ten Crores) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on January 22, 2016 has approved allotment of 2100 NCDS having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited - Wholesale Debt Segment.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.385 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 380.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6912 in over 384 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 393 and intraday low of 382.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2660152.
