Riga Sugar Company Ltd approves conversion of Warrants into Equity Shares

The Committee of Riga Sugar Company Ltd for Issue of Share Warrant' in its meeting held on January 22, 2016 has allotted 15,00,000 Equity Shares to the Promoter Group and 3,00,000 Equity Shares to other than promoters by converting 18,00,000 Warrants.
