L&T Finance Holdings Ltd approves allotment of 200487 shares pursuant to exercise of ESOP

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd at its Meeting held on January 22, 2016 has approved the allotment of 2,00,487 (Two Lakhs Four Hundred and Eighty Seven) Equity Shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 923004 in over 5048 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 59 and intraday low of 56.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53399645.
